The National Pagan Leadership Skills Conference
From the website-
Bringing together Pagans from across the country, the PLSC is a four-day gathering for networking, resource sharing, and in-depth training in the "nuts and bolts" skills necessary to create, maintain, and strengthen local Pagan initiatives.
The 2007 PLSC curriculum offers solid instruction in community-critical topics such as publicity and promotion, group facilitation, conflict resolution, accounting, pastoral care and board development.
Open to everyone, the PLSC is one of the first events of its kind specifically tailored for individuals starting (or already working with) a Pagan group. We encourage you to send your board members, trustees, inner council members, activists, and group leaders to this important intensive in community organizing and development.
From me-
I was part of the organizing team for all the previous conferences. It is well-done, with great teachers, and intensely rewarding. Go if you can!
